All education will be hosted in the HealthStream Learning Center (HSTM). Please make sure to complete these requirements by the deadline. Call or email the Learning Center for any issues accessing HealthStream. NOTE: Some HCH-developed courses are now viewable through IPAD or mobile/android devices.

Current Associates

The following are requirements for Current
Associate-active through June 30, 2018. Must be completed by June 30, 2019

These are assigned and listed on the To-Do page in HealthStream as courses become available.

  • Living our Values and Actions due by June 30, 2019
  • Integrity and Compliance Program 2019-when released due by June 30, 2019
  • Influenza Prevention Plan-when released-due by 11/30/2018
  • Risk Management 2018-due by 12/31/2018

    New Hire Associates

    The following are requirements for New Hire Associates (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019) that must be completed within 90 days of hire date.

    These are assigned and listed on the To-Do page in HealthStream as courses become available.

  • FY19 Orientation Enrichment
  • Holy Cross Code of Conduct
  • Suicide Precautions
  • Active Shooter Awareness
  • Living Our Values and Actions
  • Your Responsibilities for Keeping Our Data Private and Secure (exception: due within 30 days of hire)
  • Integrity and Compliance Program
  • Influenza Prevention Plan-when released, due December 31, 2018 (for new hires through December 2018); assigned to all new hires through March 2019
  • Ministry Formation (4 courses to be completed within the first 4 years of hire-at 1 course/year)

  • Circle of Mercy
  • What it means to be a Mercy Leader
  • Servant Leadership
  • Principles of Catholic Social Teaching
  • NOTE:
    **Risk Management is NOT required (this is covered in full during the LIVE new hire orientation).
