All education will be hosted in the HealthStream Learning Center (HSTM). Please make sure to complete these requirements by the deadline. Call or email the Learning Center for any issues accessing HealthStream.

Current Associates

The following are requirements for Current
Associates. Must be completed by June 30, 2018.

  • HCFL- FY18 Curriculum Annual Enrichment (includes)
  • - 1. 2017 Annual Enrichment

    - 2. Ergonomics

  • HIPAA -due June 30, 2018
  • Risk Management - due Dec. 31 of calendar year
  • Corporate Compliance - due Dec. 31 of calendar year(beginning 2018-due June 30th)
  • Influenza Prevention Plan-due 12/31/2017
  • LIVE class-Workplace Violence Prevention (register in HealthStream; click here to see schedule)
  • **Unit-specific competencies (refer to your department competency list)


    New Hire Associates

    The following are requirements for New Hire Associates that must be completed within 30 days of hire date.

  • FY18 Orientation Enrichment
  • Ergonomics
  • Holy Cross Code of Conduct
  • Department Orientation Confirmation
  • Information Security
  • TH-ICP Integrity and Compliance Program
  • Influenza Prevention Plan
  • LIVE class: Workplace Violence Prevention (attend within 90 days)
  • Ministry Formation (4 courses to be completed within the first 4 years of hire-at 1 course/year)

  • Circle of Mercy
  • What it means to be a Mercy Leader
  • Servant Leadership
  • Principles of Catholic Social Teaching
  • NOTE:
    **Risk Management is NOT required (this is covered in full during the LIVE new hire orientation).
    **Unit-specific competencies are to be completed within 90 days of hire date.
